The AES Scrum Master Expert (SME) certification certifies that, in addition to possessing the skills and knowledge necessary to participate as a Scrum Master within the Scrum framework, you have the required experience to become an expert Scrum Master, demonstrated through verifiable evidence of your active prior participation in Scrum teams.
All knowledge included in AES Scrum Master Advanced plus hands-on experience applying it in a professional environment.
· Hold a valid AES Scrum Master Advanced certification
· Provide documentary evidence of Scrum application in the candidate’s professional career, in the role of Scrum Master.
Type of Exam
Submission of documentary evidence from professional experience in the subject matter to be certified.
Accepted Types of Documentary Evidence
Letter signed by an HR manager describing roles performed related to the subject matter to be certified, specific projects, dates, etc.
