ABOUT THE CERTIFICATION

La certificación AES Kanban Advanced acredita la maestría técnica para diseñar, implementar y escalar sistemas Kanban complejos bajo el método STATIK. Este nivel garantiza que el profesional posee los conocimientos necesarios para actuar como Kanban Master, liderando la transición hacia una cultura de flujo, gestionando la variabilidad y aplicando métricas de rendimiento avanzadas como el Lead Time Distribution y los Diagramas de Flujo Acumulado (CFD). El certificado asegura la capacidad de mentorizar equipos, optimizar la capacidad del sistema y facilitar la mejora continua estratégica en toda la organización.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE

All knowledge included in AES Kanban Essentials, plus:

Mastery of the STATIK method(Systems Thinking Approach to Introducing Kanban):
- Analysis of sources of dissatisfaction internal and external
- Demand and capacity analysis: Work types and arrival patterns
- Workflow modeling: Designing systems adapted to context

Advanced Management and Performance Metrics:
- Cumulative Flow Diagram (CFD) analysis: Identifying instabilities
- Lead Time Distribution: Predictability and expectation management (SLA)
- Dependency and blocker management: Scaling strategies and cross-team coordination
- Evolutionary change management: Facilitating continuous improvement and organizational maturity
