Students demonstrate their ability to relate principles and dimensions, manage the main challenges of organizational implementation, and define, measure, and interpret metrics and KPIs that allow evaluating the maturity, efficiency, and sustainability of a results-oriented Lean IT implementation.
All the knowledge included in AES Lean IT Essentials and additionally:
- Understand in depth how to apply the Lean IT principles and how each of them relates to the Lean IT dimensions.
- Know how to overcome the challenges an organization faces when attempting to implement Lean IT.
- Define and manage the appropriate metrics and KPIs to measure the maturity level of a Lean IT implementation.
