The AES Kanban Expert certification confirms that, in addition to possessing the skills and knowledge required to design, implement, and scale complex Kanban systems, the professional has the proven experience necessary to be recognized as a Kanban System expert.
Certification is granted based on verifiable evidence of prior active participation in Kanban teams.
All the knowledge included in AES Kanban Advanced and additionally real experience in its application in the workplace
· Hold a valid AES Kanban Advanced certification
· Demonstrate through documented evidence the application of Kanban in the candidate's professional career.
