The AES Management 3.0 Expert certification verifies that, in addition to possessing the skills and knowledge required to lead and actively participate in the Management 3.0 implementation process, the individual has the necessary experience to become a Management 3.0 expert, certifying through verifiable evidence their experience as a Management 3.0 Manager.
All the knowledge included in AES Management 3.0 Advanced and additionally real experience in its application in the workplace
· Hold a valid AES Management 3.0 Advanced certification
· Demonstrate through documented evidence the application of Management 3.0 in the candidate's professional career.
