This certification consists of two exams:

1. Advanced Agile knowledge exam.
2. Exam on communication, mentoring, and training skills related to Lean and Agile subjects.

Through these exams, we certify the possession of the knowledge required to deliver high-quality Agile training or mentoring.

This exam is designed to ensure that candidates possess the instructional competencies and the necessary knowledge to deliver Agile culture training courses using modern adult learning methodologies adapted to Agile topics, as well as to act as mentors for other professionals who wish to develop their careers as Agile practitioners.

After completing the exam, we will send you the result by email. In addition, you will be able to review the results of all the exams you have taken with Agile European Society, including simulations, in the “My Quiz Attempts” section within your personal profile.

Upon obtaining the certification, you will receive a diploma and a digital badge that you may include in your email signature, résumé, or any other document where you wish to promote the certification obtained.
